Deposits & Cancellations The Above Rates Are:

A 20% deposit is due to secure a booking.
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
 
Cancellation fees:
 
Only written cancellations will be accepted. Please ensure that you receive written acknowledgement of the cancellation from reservations. Cancellation charges will apply if the booking has been confirmed in writing by the party making the booking.

Individual bookings: 3 calendar weeks prior to arrival 50% of the full amount.
Individual bookings: 2 calendar weeks prior to arrival 75% of the full amount.
Individual bookings: 7 days or less prior to arrival 100% of the the full amount.
