We offer a complimentary meet and greet as well as return airport transfers between 6am and 10pm only.  Should your flight arrive out of these hours, then please contact us and we will quote on the afterhours surcharge.  Please note that our airport transfers are not private, you may or may not share the vehicle with other guests who have arrived off the same plane as you or at the same time.  Should you wish to have a private transfer, then let us know and we will quote accordingly.

 

Please Note Important information

When making a booking with the Safari Club Hotel directly or on behalf of your clients please make sure you and your clients are aware of the following.

 

1). Should airport transfers be required, the following needs to be stated on the confirmation email

1. Please book airport transfers

2. Flight details & No of guests

3. If you have arranged a Meet and Greet service from a third party you need to advise us and supply contact details. When the meet and greet company has finished with the guests they must contact us on +27 082 7878977 or +27 715285508 and we will collect guests from them. We can no longer have staff paging at the airport when the meet and greet company is paging for the same guests. Should we not be advised about a meet & greet service being used and we have sent a staff member to do the meet & greet of guests, there will be an additional charge of R 550.00

2). Our airport transfers are run as a shuttle service and are included in the rates, if guests require a private meet and greet it needs to be requested and we will quote depending on the number of guests.

3). Our shuttle service will leave the airport 1 hr 30 mins after the flight lands.

If we are meeting you or your guests at the airport:

Our driver will be standing in the arrival hall near the doors that guests arrive through from collecting luggage.  He/She will have a Safari Club Hotel Board with the guests name on it.

Do not accept taxi lifts from people at the airport, speak to staff at the information centre if you don’t locate our staff member and they can contact us

Please advise guests to make contact if they are delayed coming through customs or at luggage collection.

Our driver will leave one hour 15 minutes after the flight lands if guests have made no contact or have not arrived in the arrival hall.
