Day 1:

 

You will be met at OR Tambo International Airport by your driver and transported to The Safari Club for your first nights stay in Johannesburg on a bed and breakfast basis (Dinner is available as an optional extra)

 

Day 2:

 

Your adventure begins with a sunrise pickup from your Johannesburg accommodation, signaling the start of an epic journey into the heart of Africa. We escort you to OR Tambo for your shuttle service to Hoedspruit, traversing the picturesque Mpumalanga farmlands along the way. After a savoury lunch in Hoedspruit, we venture to your first overnight oasis – an enchanting African Village nestled beside the Manyeleti Reserve. Upon arrival, our dedicated team welcomes you to your cozy chalet, where you can unwind and soak in the tranquil surroundings. As the day draws to a close, immerse yourself in the magic of the bushveld with a captivating Sunset Drive, where the colours of dusk paint the landscape in breathtaking hues. Return to Bongan African Lodge for a delectable dinner, sharing tales of the day’s adventures over a sumptuous meal.

 

Day 3:

 

Rise with anticipation for an exhilarating safari experience in Kruger National Park. Departing from Orpen, embark on a wildlife odyssey through the central areas of Kruger Park, guided by experts who unveil the wonders of its diverse fauna and flora. Keep your camera ready for sightings of the famous Big Five as you traverse the park in our open sided Game Vehicle. As evening falls, gather at Bongan Boma for a feast under the stars, reliving the day’s memorable encounters amidst the ambiance of the bush.

 

Day 4:

 

After breakfast, embark on a panoramic tour, discovering the natural wonders of the region, including Three Rondawels, Bourke’s Potholes, God’s Window, and Berlin Falls. Conclude the day with a delectable dinner and another restful overnight stay in your chalet. After lunch (own cost), we can explore the cultures of the village. One can also visit the African Sangoma. Dinner will be served at Bongan African Lodge and overnight in chalets.

 

Day 5:

 

Dive deeper into the wilderness with a game drive followed by a rejuvenating siesta back at the village. In the afternoon, embark on a Village village tour. Or enjoy a full day of Gameviewing in the Kruger Park. Return to the lodge for a delightful dinner, savouring the flavours of Africa under the starlit sky.

 

Day 6:

 

Begin your final day with an early game drive or opt for an adrenaline-pumping BIG 5 bushwalk in Kruger Park, offering a unique perspective on the wildlife and landscape. After breakfast, bid farewell to this unforgettable journey as we transfer you to your shuttle service in Hoedspruit, departing with cherished memories and a longing to return to the untamed beauty of Kruger Park and Manyeleti Reserve.
