The Safari Club Restaurant menu has been carefully curated to reflect the seasons of Africa, where we source ingredients from local suppliers who offer seasonal produce.

With an open plan setting guests are free to dine inside or out, however during the classic Johannesburg thunderstorms nothing beats relaxing with a home cooked meal at the fireplace. Just add red wine!
